Direct PCR is a technology that directly uses various types of original clinical samples as PCR amplification templates to complete target gene detection. It is usually used for high throughput screening, Gene Detection and Genotyping.Compared to qPCR, Direct PCR has a simpler operation process. Due to the lack of nucleic acid extraction, Direct PCR has no nucleic acid loss, resulting in better sensitivity and specificity in detection.
